Getting Here
Directions
DCT is located on Skillman St, close to Northwest Hwy at 5938 Skillman St, Dallas, TX 75231.
Visit by Bus
The 20 bus or the 17 bus picks up and drops off at the corner of Skillman Street and Theater Way, near DCT's building. Use the DART Trip Planner to find the best route for you.
Drop-offs, Pick-ups, and Parking
There is a circle drive for easy drop-off and pick-up. Our Box Office is open for walk-up patrons Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and on the weekends during the performances. DCT has free, plentiful parking directly outside our building.
School Bus Parking
Buses may unload and pick up school groups at the north Education Entrance. DCT House Managers will be onsite during weekday student matinee performances to direct buses where to unload passengers and then park.
Ticket Information
Ticket Pricing and Policies
All DCT ticket prices are subject to change based on availability and demand. There is a $3 per ticket fee, as well as a $3 flat fee per order for the Building Care Fund.
Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to availability, price difference, and cost $10 per order, per exchange. All Ticket Sales are subject to availability. Reservations are recommended and require prepayment with either cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or AmEx. Coupons and discount offers must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance with the Box Office and may be suspended at any time.
Please note: Dallas Children's Theater does not suggest the attendance of children under 3 years of age.
Accessing Your Tickets
Tickets are sent to you via email at the time of reservation and will be scanned upon entry. If you need your tickets resent to you, please call DCT at 214.740.0051, and we will be glad to help. Or, also, you can check in at the Box Office when you arrive.

Box Office Hours
During the business week:
Monday through Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM
During weekend public performances:
Friday evenings: until 30 minutes past curtain
Saturdays and Sundays: 11 AM until 30 minutes past the last curtain

Saturdays at 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM

Seating and General Theater Policies
Beginning our 2025-26 Season, seats are selected and reserved at the time of booking, allowing you and your guests to head straight to your seats or enjoy pre-show activities at your leisure before the performance. The current seating chart and available selections are shown during the ticket purchase process. Unclaimed seats may be released for sale at curtain time; however, we strongly encourage booking early to ensure your entire party can be seated together.
For the comfort and safety of all guests:
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the theater.
- Crying children should be taken to the lobby.
- Photography, video, and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
- Please silence and put away all devices during the performance.
- Audience members are not allowed on stage or in backstage areas at any time.
Please note that all performances, dates, times, and locations are subject to change.
The chart to the right applies to reserved seating only. Seating charts and selection options for the 2024–25 season are available on the booking pages for the corresponding performances.

Food and Drink
Concessions in our Lobby
DCT offers a small selection of beverages and snacks at our Concession Stand located in our lobby only during performances with an intermission. Please eat before you come. There is a water fountain near the restrooms in the Gallery Hallway.
In the Neighborhood
DCT is close to convenient restaurants in the Timber Creek Crossing Shopping Center across the street, including McAlister's Deli, Whataburger, Chick-fil-A, CiCi's Pizza, and more in the area.

Theater Accessibility
Dallas Children’s Theater is committed to ensuring that the transformative power of live theater is accessible to all. Accessible performances include those with American Sign Language and Sensory Friendly.

Mobility
- DCT’s performance spaces, classrooms, restrooms, parking, and administrative offices are all accessible according to ADA guidelines.
- Wheelchair and mobility-accessible seats can be accessed without stairs on Row G (formerly the first row of Section B) in the Baker Theater.
- Please request wheelchair seating when booking your tickets so our Box Office staff can better serve you.
Assistive Listening Devices
If you would like to use one of DCT’s Assistive Listening Devices during the show, or if you have your own device that you would like to plug into DCT’s system, please make every effort to visit the Box Office at least 30 minutes in advance before the show.
