 DCT’s young adult relevant drama or y.a.r.d. gives young adults the opportunity to address issues that are important to them, attend professional theater, participate in workshops, express themselves, train with the DCT Academy and have fun. Through its plays, events, classes and activities the y.a.r.d. seeks fresh ways to stimulate a love of live theater.

 The DCT Youth Council (DCTYC) is a group of Middle and High School students who meet each month to share their interest and enthusiasm for theater.
Café Beat is the y.a.r.d.'s bi-annual Coffee House and Open Mic Night where DCTYC Members and Teen Conservatory Students have the opportunity to take the stage and share their talents.
Advanced Training for Young Adults -Students in grades 7 and up work with professional actors, directors to improve and enhance their acting skills.
